The data set consists in a file with four sheets: one includes a legend (treatment number, treatment code, description, and code for the other measurements at time zero (t=0); the second sheet contain data lab at time zero which is a matrix with 67 rows and 38 columns. In this matrix there are variables measured for the characterization of a mine tailing (MT) substrate sampled from three points on the Valea Șesei pond with 5 replicates each, top soil (TS) used as amendment and sampled from a single point in five replicates near the pond, and green fertilizers used (Tr - a mixture of Trifolium pratense L. and Trifolium repens L., and Ms - Medicago sativa) in one composite sample for each species from which five replicates were used. In addition, a screening of the elements uptakes from the MT was done in two pioneer species found on the pond, 9 individuals of Tussilago farfara L. roots (RT) and shoots (ST) and 6 individuals of Equisetum arvense L. roots (RE) and shoots (SE). A second screening was done for the elements in the water (the first 4 samples were from sampling points downstream of the pond, and the last 3 were sampled from the tailing pond, from the accessible areas. In the third sheet with 282 rows and 45 columns are presented results of the variables measured in the technosoil and in the vegetation obtained from 14 experimental treatments using TS; Tr, Ms F1% or F2% (Rhizophagus irregularis L.) and plants. The vegetation consisted of Agrostis capillaris L. roots and shoots in single culture, and Agrostis capillaris L. grown together with Melilotus albus Medick., both with roots and shoots. In the fourth spreadsheet there is a table with calculations for mycorrhizal colonization presented in 47 rows and 57 columns. The experimental design is detailed on the second page of the Excel file with the raw data. Keywords: arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, heavy metals, phytoremediation, technosoil
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
