
This study examines the interrelationship among employee motivation, job satisfaction, and job performance of City Treasury Bureau Personnel in Chengdu, China. This study aimed in achieving operational effectiveness, particularly within the public sector. The study also investigated the correlations between these variables and developed a strategic action plan aimed at enhancing employee motivation, thereby improving job satisfaction and sustaining high levels of job performance.
