This deliverable outlines the key guidelines and frameworks for managing the European Diamond Capacity Hub (EDCH) Registry and Forum — two virtual platforms supporting the Diamond Open Access (OA) community in Europe. The Registry focuses on Institutional Service and Technology Providers, while the Forum connects individual community members. The document covers three main areas: Community, Communication, and Governance. It includes strategies for user onboarding, community engagement and moderation, messaging and narrative frameworks, and alignment with EDCH’s broader governance. These measures aim to foster participation, streamline communication, and support the long-term growth of the EDCH community. This deliverable is currently under review by the EC.
