
The publication „The School of Values: the Democratic School” aligns with existing efforts to promote democratic culture and civic citizenship in schools in Romania. The article proposes a „whole school approach”, based on interaction and democratic values. The qualitative analysis highlights pedagogical practices and practices of the teaching community, namely connection practices, feedback practices, observation practices and practices of (re)cognition of students' needs, contributing to a better understanding of the affordances of the democratic, innovative and digital school.
