Clima laboral y productividad de los colaboradores de call centers de Lima Metropolitana, 2025

Abstract

La investigación se enmarca en el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible n.° 8, que impulsa empleos justos y un desarrollo económico constante. Su propósito fue analizar la vinculación entre el clima laboral y la productividad en los colaboradores de call centers de Lima Metropolitana, 2025. La metodología correspondió a un estudio aplicado, con orientación cuantitativa y un diseño transversal no experimental. Participaron 100 trabajadores, quienes respondieron un cuestionario estructurado y validado. Para obtener los datos se aplicaron encuestas, y el análisis incluyó medidas que permitieron determinar la asociación entre los factores estudiados. Se logró comprobar mediante los resultados una correlación positiva significativa entre las variables, obteniéndose una fuerte asociación de 0.919 y una significancia menor a 0.001. Además, el 49 % de los participantes manifestó estar completamente de acuerdo con esta relación. Finalmente, se concluyó que un escenario organizacional óptimo potencia el rendimiento del personal y enfatiza la importancia de optimizar la comunicación, atender las demandas del equipo y facilitar la adaptación al contexto dinámico de estas organizaciones.
