This PowerPoint file contains a draft template, generation instructions, and (imaginary) examples for research project stakeholder persona cards, as used in workshops at the SRI25 conference in Chicago. The persona cards and workshop materials were developed within the context of the Belmont Forum-funded research project Circularity3, which was supported under the CRA Sustainable Systems of Consumption and Production (SSCP). Content Overview: Draft Canvas: The file provides a structured layout for stakeholder persona cards, capturing key aspects such as demographics, personality, motivation, communication preferences, biography, project role, and more. GenAI-Assisted Generation Instructions: It includes a detailed prompt for generating stakeholder personas with generative AI, specifying required categories and suggesting realistic, workshop-ready outputs. Instructions cover demographic details, psychological sliders, motivators, preferred communication channels, interests, goals, pain points, representative quotes, and project engagement triggers. Circularity3 Project Examples: Several completed example personas are included, representing fictional stakeholders from the Circularity3 project. These illustrate a range of professional backgrounds (policy, industry, academia), motivations, and engagement strategies. Workshop Use: The file served as both a working tool and a guide for collaborative persona creation before and during the SRI25 conference sessions, supporting stakeholder mapping, and workshop facilitation.
