Abstract

Celem niniejszego opracowania była obserwacja stabilności oraz potencjalnych właściwości przeciwzapalnych nanoformulacji kurkuminy i piperyny, wykonanej w warunkach laboratoryjnych Ośrodka Naukowo-Badawczego Tree of Life. Preparat pozostawał stabilny fizykochemicznie przez 60 dni, bez oznak rozwarstwiania, zmiany zapachu czy koloru. Zaobserwowano subiektywną poprawę samopoczucia oraz zmniejszenie objawów zapalnych w przebiegu samoobserwacji. Publikacja ma charakter obserwacyjny, nie stanowi porady medycznej i nie jest badaniem klinicznym. The aim of this study was to observe the stability and potential anti-inflammatory properties of a nanoformulation of curcumin and piperine, prepared under laboratory conditions at the Tree of Life Research Institute. The formulation remained physicochemically stable for 60 days, with no signs of phase separation, odor change, or discoloration. Subjective improvements in well-being and a reduction in inflammatory symptoms were noted during self-observation.
