OʻZBEKISTONDA CHIQINDILARNI QAYTA ISHLASH TIZIMINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekistonda chiqindilarni qayta ishlash tizimining hozirgi holati, mavjud muammolar, ularni bartaraf etish yoʻllari hamda zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy etish istiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Soʻnggi yillarda mamlakatda ekologik muvozanatni saqlash, chiqindilarni samarali boshqarish va ularni iqtisodiy resursga aylantirish boʻyicha qator islohotlar amalga oshirilayotgan boʻlsa-da, chiqindilarni ajratib yigʻish, ularni qayta ishlash va utilizatsiya qilish tizimi hali ham toʻliq shakllanmagan. Tadqiqotda chiqindilar bilan ishlashning huquqiy, texnik va iqtisodiy jihatlari, mavjud infratuzilma holati, xususiy sektor ishtiroki hamda aholi oʻrtasida ekologik madaniyatning pastligi kabi omillar tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, xorijiy davlatlar tajribasiga asoslangan holda, Oʻzbekiston sharoitiga mos keluvchi innovatsion yechimlar taklif etiladi.
