It analyzes how the constant use of digital devices such as smartphones, social media platforms, and multitasking behaviors negatively affect attention span and cognitive stability—especially among youth and students. The study presents empirical findings based on testing and surveys, aiming to identify underlying psychological mechanisms and provide recommendations for maintaining focus in the digital age.
