Sistema de talleres metodológicos para optimizar la preparación de los especialistas del centro de diagnóstico y orientación para el desarrollo del trabajo metodológico y el proceso de diagnóstico

Abstract

El estudio ofrece respuesta a la problemática acerca de cómo favorecer la preparación de los especialistas de los Equipos Técnicos Multidisciplinarios Municipales del Centro de Diagnóstico y Orientación del municipio de Camajuaní de la provincia de Villa Clara para el desarrollo del trabajo metodológico y el proceso de diagnóstico. Para la realización del mismo y con la ayuda de diferentes métodos de investigación como la encuesta, la entrevista, la observación y el análisis de documentos, se identificaron las insuficiencias existentes y de inmediato se procedió al diseño de un sistema de actividades metodológicas donde se prepara a los especialista del Centro de Diagnóstico y Orientación para el desarrollo del trabajo metodológico y su conducción en las diferentes educaciones, así como la realización de un proceso de diagnóstico sustentado en sus propios principios. El sistema fue validado a través de la práctica educativa donde se demostró su efectividad
