Abstract

Sharq adabiyotida epik dostonchilik anʼanalari o‘zining eng yuksak cho‘qqisiga Abulqosim Firdavsiyning “Shohnoma” asarida erishdi. Bu asar nafaqat fors-tojik xalqlari, balki butun insoniyat madaniy merosining durdonasiga aylandi. “Shohnoma”ning yaratilish sabablari, tarixiy va siyosiy sharoiti, shoir Firdavsiyning hayoti va azmu shijoati, shuningdek, asarning g‘oyaviy-badiiy ahamiyati maqolada tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu ilmiy izlanishda epik dostonchilikning ildizlari, tarix bilan badiiyat uyg‘unligi, “Shohnoma”ning xalq maʼnaviyati va tarixiy xotirasidagi o‘rni zamonaviy tarixshunoslik va adabiyotshunoslik qarashlari asosida yoritiladi. Maqolada dostonning tarkibiy tuzilishi, asosiy qahramonlar, ideallar va tarixiylik hamda mifologik elementlar uyg‘unligi ham tahlil etiladi
