Abstract

Il 16 giugno si è tenuto il secondo appuntamento del ciclo ELSI Web Café, dal titolo “Licenze e Proprietà Intellettuale nell’Open Science – Aspetti legali e modelli di licenza per l’accesso ai servizi di ELIXIR-IT”. Rivolto a ricercatori, sviluppatori di servizi e data steward interessati a comprendere meglio i principali strumenti giuridici applicabili all’ambito dell’Open Science, l’ incontro ha offerto una panoramica su diritti d'autore, licenze d’uso, riutilizzo dei dati e accesso ai servizi digitali, con un focus pratico sull’infrastruttura nazionale per la bioinformatica.
