This study explores the effects of global demographic aging on Thailand's tourist trends, which is a country that is highly dependent on tourism. Since the population of the world is changing with more older individuals, particularly those 60 and older, new opportunities and challenges are introduced to the tourism sector. Demographically, economically, and socially, the paper highlights how healthier, wealthier, and more travel-habituated older travelers than previous generations are shaping the travel service demand, destination demand, and service demand. Thailand, because of its cultural richness, affordability of services, and widespread tourism infrastructure, stands to gain from this fast-growing niche market. The study emphasizes the requirements of tailored marketing strategies, improved access, retraining of the service industry, and policy support to meet the shifting needs of older tourists. Taking both global trends and local circumstances into account, this paper provides strategic recommendations to maintain Thailand's competitiveness and inclusivity in an age-savvy tourism age.
