The increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) has prompted the need for a comprehensive legal framework to address the multifaceted challenges arising from the integration of these vehicles into modern transportation systems. This paper explores the legal landscape surrounding electric vehicles, focusing on regulatory frameworks, incentives, liability, infrastructure development, and environmental considerations. Through a review of international and national policies, this paper identifies key barriers and proposes a roadmap for effective legal adaptation.
