This repository contains the complete code used to analyze data from the Multigeneration Experiment 2 (MGE2) described in Röder et al. (2026). The scripts reproduce all statistical analyses, data processing steps, and figure generation reported in the publication. Additional details and instructions are provided in the included README file. Visualizations and code were based on previous work by Reid Brennan, who generously provided all code for the following publication:R.S. Brennan, J.A. deMayo, H.G. Dam, M. Finiguerra, H. Baumann, V. Buffalo, & M.H. Pespeni (2022). Experimental evolution reveals the synergistic genomic mechanisms of adaptation to ocean warming and acidification in a marine copepod.
