Arbeit ohne Bedarf – Der stille Zusammenbruch des Wirtschaftssystems

Authors: Karl Jochen, Heinz;

Arbeit ohne Bedarf – Der stille Zusammenbruch des Wirtschaftssystems

Abstract

This text analyzes the structural upheavals caused by the increasing automation of cognitive and physical labor through generative artificial intelligence. At its core is the question of how resilient the current logic of employment—the foundation of modern welfare states—remains under conditions of exponential technological change. With clear language and systemic depth, the text demonstrates why traditional promises of education, labor market theories, and reform programs are reaching their limits. It develops a coherent timeline of suppression extending to 2035 and examines the feedback effects on the economy, social security systems, health, and societal stability. The text is aimed at readers from the social sciences, economics, technology assessment, politics, philosophy, and education— as well as all those who sense that the coming years will mark not just a transformation, but a paradigm shift.
