Abstract

Mazkur maqolada giyohvandlik vositalari, psixotrop moddalar, ularning analoglari va prekursorlari bilan noqonuniy muomala qilishga nisbatan belgilangan jinoiy javobgarlik, ushbu jinoyatning tushunchasi va jinoiy-huquqiy tavsifi batafsil bayon etiladi. Shuningdek, ichki ishlar organlari va tergov organlari xodimlarining ushbu turdagi jinoyatlarga qarshi kurashish faoliyati, ularni aniqlash va tergov qilish taktikalarini takomillashtirish jarayonida duch kelinayotgan muammolar hamda jinoyatchilikning oldini olish bo‘yicha samarali tavsiyalar keltiriladi.
