Source code and data for the paper "Transcriptomic profiling of shed cells enables spatial mapping of cellular turnover in human organs". It includes bulk RNA sequencing data of nasogastric tube fluids. External datasets do not include data from Oliver et al 2024 and Oliveira et al 2025.
