EPDnew genomes

Authors: Bucher, Philipp; Moretti, Sébastien;
Abstract

Snapshot of the EPDnew genomes of June 2025. The acronym EPDnew refers to the newer versions of the Eukaryotic Promoter Database, published in 2013. The directory contains all genomes for 15 model organisms released since then from NCBI, and the EMBL database from EBI.Genomes have been reformatted following the EPD standard. They are also available at https://epd.expasy.org/ftp/epdnew/docker_data/These genomes are intended to be used with the EPD container available at https://hub.docker.com/r/sibswiss/epd
