Authors: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA);

Summary Reports EU PPP for IUCLID 6 v9.0.1 Report Generator

Abstract

Version v1 This version of reports corresponds to default reports introduced in IUCLID 6 v9.0.1 (May 2025). These zip packages contain the templates to be used by the Report Generator tool in IUCLID 6 v9.0.1 and higher to generate the different summary reports for plant protection product (PPP) dossiers sections. Two sets of templates are provided: for the active substance (MCA/MMA, as laid out in Commission Regulation (EU) No 283/2013) and for the sections of the representative product (MCP/MMP, Commission Regulation (EU) No 284/2013). For detailed information on how to upload and run reports using Report Generator, please refer to section 20 "Generate Report" in the IUCLID functionalities manual. All the reports here provided should be run from a Dossier entity in IUCLID. The intended output formats for these reports are PDF and RTF, only "3_Active_Substance_B2_PhysChem" and "3_Product_B2_chem_PhysChem" reports are intended with HTML and DOCX output. The recommended stylesheet is default portrait mode available in IUCLID, except for "2 - List of References" report, for which landscape stylesheet is included in this publication. Changes in v1 include: first version released version has been adapted to be compatible with IUCLID 6 v9.0.1 Note: for "3_Active_Substance_B2_PhysChem" and "3_Product_B2_chem_PhysChem" no stylesheet selection should be made in IUCLID and upload the "stylesheet_html" file in Additional templates section instead.
