Synthetic Cell, covariance and mixing matrices for 3x2

Abstract

Includes binned C_ells, (binned identity) mixing matrix and Gaussian covariance for 3x2, to be used with cloelib/cloelike. Produced up to ell max = 5000 and with 32 ell bins. Uses 6 redshift bins with the n(z) from the other record on Zenodo.
