This record contains datasets presented in a paper (Adjie et al., 2025) published in the Advances in Geosciences (ADGEO) journal entitled "In-soil hydrogen concentration monitoring using MONHyTOR: application for natural hydrogen exploration.", and in part at the EGU General Assembly 2025 in an oral presentation entitled "In-soil hydrogen concentration measurements using MONHyTOR.", by Niko Adjie and co-authors. Files whose name begins with LAB contain LABoratory test data presented in Sect. 3 of the paper. Files whose name begins with PIP contain Post-Installation hydrogen concentration Peaks from field data presented in Sect. 5 of the paper. Files whose name begins with LTM contain Long-Term Monitoring field data presented in Sect. 6 of the paper. Files whose name begins with WEA contain WEAther data that corresponds to each LTM file presented in Sect. 6 of the paper. N.B., Buzy, Sauveterre, and Mimizan (or Parentis Basin in the paper) are names of our field locations. All the data are original and property of the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, with the exception of:data in WEA_Buzy.txt were collected from (www.meteociel.fr, last access: 13 September 2024), and data in WEA_Sauveterre.txt were measured by TBH2 Aquitaine.
