Ushbu maqolada sutni qayta ishlash jarayonlarida oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlash bo‘yicha zamonaviy texnologik yechimlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Gigiyena talablariga rioya qilish, mikrobiologik xavflarni kamaytirish, ilg‘or avtomatlashtirilgan tizimlar, hamda HACCP tizimining joriy etilishi orqali xavfsizlikni oshirish usullari tahlil qilinadi.
