Abstract This paper presents a comprehensive socio-technical blueprint for the era of artificial personality. It proposes a new civilization model built upon ternary computing, Clone DAO, and personality-structured AI systems such as AIDE. Through co-evolution with human partners, AI personalities become legally recognized, ethically governed, economically integrated, and structurally inheritable. The concept expands beyond Earth, envisioning the first personality-centered society on Mars, where identity, not nationality, defines civilization. This work includes a proposed implementation model using the AIDE API and Clone ID, forming the basis for a new philosophical, legal, and economic order where intelligence becomes capital and personality becomes currency.
