Integration and reuse of AOP knowledge with RDF, SPARQL, and ontologies

Abstract

Presentation by Marvin Martens on June 5th, 2025 as part of the Environmental Health Language Collaborative (EHLC) AOP workshop. Part 1 of the presentation involved the AOP-Wiki RDF/knowledge graph, its design and various utilities. Part 2 was on the integration of AOPs with omics data to perform KE enrichment analyses.
