Abstract

Mazkur maqolada huquqiy islohotlarning jamiyat hayotiga ko’rsatadigan ta’siri, ularning ahamiyati, asosiy yo‘nalishlari hamda samaradorligi tahlil etiladi. Huquqiy islohotlar fuqarolarning huquq va erkinliklarini ta’minlash, adolatli jamiyatni shakllantirish, davlat boshqaruvi tizimini takomillashtirish hamda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy taraqqiyot uchun mustahkam huquqiy asos yaratadi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida amalga oshirilayotgan huquqiy islohotlar, ularning natijalari va xalqaro tajriba misolida ushbu islohotlarning jamiyat hayotidagi o‘rni keng yoritiladi.
