This repository contains the docking poses of the cyclic peptides (CP3, CP8, CP35, CP36, CP71, and CP78) for the paper "Targeting the Histone-fold dimerization interface of Oocyst Rupture proteins from Plasmodium berghei for anti-Malarial inhibitor discovery". In addition to the cyclic peptides, the compressed archive contains the coordinate files for the proteins ORP1 and ORP2. All the files are in PDB format.
