This software calibrates a trophic network model to biomass time series from Lake Võrtsjärv. It uses maximum likelihood estimation and evolutionary optimization. The model is fitted separately under two different noise assumptions: 1) observation noise, and 2) environmental noise incorporated through stochastic differential equations.
