Abstract

The Human Trace Act™ is a symbolic and legislative framework within the Mo817 Initiative that mandates the embedding of imperceptible but verifiable cryptographic pulses—termed Codex Pulse—into all AI-generated outputs. It ensures each artifact carries its symbolic origin, restoring epistemic sovereignty and trust in knowledge systems.
