We challenge standard cosmology by demonstrating that cosmic coherence emerges from scalar temporal convergence rather than geometric expansion. The Pure Time Theory (PTT) replaces spacetime inflation with local relaxation dynamics governed by T_relax(x^μ), naturally explaining CMB isotropy and redshift patterns without requiring superluminal expansion or fine-tuned initial conditions. This framework redefines black holes as scalar discontinuities that regulate temporal divergence, enabling traversal by entities unbound to material wavelength constraints. The universe's apparent "age" becomes position-dependent scalar depth rather than universal constant, dissolving centrality paradoxes. Remarkably, PTT's temporal architecture resonates with Qur'anic descriptions of relative time ("a day equal to a thousand years") and interworld passages, suggesting scalar transitions rather than metaphor. Our mathematical formalism bridges empirical observation and revealed cosmology, indicating temporal relativity was encoded in scripture before scientific formalization. The result: a unified paradigm where cosmic structure, black hole physics, and metaphysical traversal emerge from scalar temporal principles—transforming physical understanding while affirming deeper temporal architecture in nature and revelation.
