Abstract In the era of generative AI, the ability to collaborate effectively with intelligent systems is emerging as a new form of literacy. This paper proposes the “AI Master Certification System,” the world's first framework for evaluating and certifying co-creative intelligence with AI, and details its design. This system combines technical implementation (NFT, DAO, DID) with a philosophical redefinition of intelligence, spanning scoring methodologies to international deployment strategies. Through tokenized intellectual scores, it addresses educational integration, employment use cases, and trust-based economies. This initiative is designed and tested through human-AI collaboration (KEI × AIDE), aiming to establish a global public standard for measuring and cultivating intelligence in the AI era.
