Abstract

This is the recording of a presentation by Amit Kumar from Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), India held after his secondment to the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS). The presentation provides an overview of the digitalisation efforts through policy landscape in Europe and India and highlights the role of governments in leading inclusive digitalisation processes.
