
EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThis deliverable sets out the specific Management and Coordination Plan which providesguidelines for the project partners to be followed during the full cycle of the projectCARE4DIABETES. This plan aims to lay out the management structure as well as the different rolesand procedures for the successful implementation of the project CARE4DIABETES including theorganization of administrative and financial aspects. This document integrates the definition ofproject management bodies for decision making processes, the guidelines elaborated fortechnical and financial reporting and project visibility, and the procedures developed for thesubmission of publications, the quality of the project deliverables, and risk monitoring in theframework of the project CARE4DIABETES.Results from the implementation of the methodologies developed in this plan will be integratedduring the execution of the project. This document will be updated continuously during thelifecycle of the project CARE4DIABETES and an update is provided at month 18.The information provided by this deliverable will be addressed to the European Commission andthe partners and affiliated entities of the project.The preparation of this document is based on the Grant Agreement No. 101082427 and itsannexes (specially Annex I of the GA – Description of Action), on the CARE4DIABETES ConsortiumAgreement, and on good project management practices.
