
Cette étude aborde les stratégies de prévention des accidents de circulation routière à Lubumbashi. Elle se fixe, pour objectif, déterminer les moyens de prévention de ces accidents sur le tronçon Kenya-centre-ville. En suite et préconiser des solutions adéquates pour en forcer la validité des stratégies en place afin que la population en-soi bénéficiaire. Notre population de recherche est constituée de 142 sujets d'où nous avons extrait un échantillon de 39 sujets dont 13 chauffeurs autochtones, 13 piétons tous autochtones et 13 autres policiers de circulation routière. La méthode d'enquête psycho-sociale et la méthode descriptive ont été employées en vue d'obtenir les informations à travers trois techniques suivantes : Entretien, questionnaire et la technique documentaire. English This study addresses strategies for preventing road traffic accidents in Lubumbashi. Its objective is to determine the means of preventing these accidents on the Kenya-city center section. Then, recommend appropriate solutions to enforce the validity of the strategies in place so that the population itself benefits. Our research population is made up of 142 subjects from which we extracted a sample of 39 subjects including 13 indigenous drivers, 13 pedestrians, all indigenous, and 13 other road traffic police officers. The psycho-social survey method and the descriptive method were used to obtain information through the following three techniques: Interview, questionnaire and documentary technique.
