Abstract

La surveillance épidémiologique rassure le ministère de la santé par le biais de la zone de santé d'avoir des informations régulières sur les maladies. Cette surveillance se fait en quelques étapes essentielles et nous avons constaté les irrégularités dans les données transmises et collectées dans la zone de santé de Ngaba. C'est ainsi que par la combinaison méthodologique et des techniques, nous avons trouvé des résultats résumés à titre de cinq premiers problèmes prioritaires relevés par notre enquête, nous retrouvons, dans l'ordre : La forte prévalence du paludisme ; La non formation de personnel de santé en SEI ; L'incohérence des données du BCZS et celles des AS ; La faible revenue des ménages et la prévalence des hémorroïdes.
