Symbolic Patentless Protection Framework (SPPF) – Public Release v1.0

Abstract

SPPF is a symbolic-operational framework that replaces traditional patents with cryptographic timestamps, symbolic encoding, and decentralized verification. It allows creators to prove authorship instantly, globally, and ethically — without legal bureaucracy. This document presents the initial public release of the SPPF protocol, including its principles, use cases, and sample certificate. It is now registered and published under the Mo817 symbolic governance model and shall serve as the primary intellectual protection framework across Mo817's 17 sectors and 34 tools.
