
A zip file containing the Stim circuits simulated in the paper: "Scalable decoding protocols for dense transversal logic in the surface code" The zip file contains two folders: 1) `deep_logical_circuits` which contains the Stim circuits used to simulated deep Clifford logic (Fig. 3 in our paper); 2) `t_gate_proxy_circuits` which contains the Stim circuits used to simulate the T gate proxy (Fig. 5 and Fig. 9 in our paper).
