In this article, the main goal was the molecular-genetic identification of the D strain of the plum pox virus, identified in the climatic conditions of the Tashkent region, based on the protein shell gene, and the study of its phylogenetic tree. When compiling the genealogy, the D strain of the virus, identified worldwide to date and placed in the NCBI database, was taken as a basis, and the phlogenetic analysis of three isolates PPV Uz1, Uz2 and Uz3, differing in molecular genetic characteristics from the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan, and similar isolates is discussed.
