This Public Health Inquiry Report, Queensland's first of its kind, was commissioned in response to community concern about odour impacts from the Swanbank and New Chum industrial precincts. Over the course of the Inquiry, the Panel of Inquiry heard directly from residents, community groups, local government, regulators, industry and health professionals. Their collective voices and experiences shaped this report and its recommendations.
