Abstract

Ushbu maqola Markaziy Osiyoda yadroviy quroldan xoli zonaning yaratilishi va uning mintaqaviy xavfsizlikni ta’minlashdagi ahamiyatini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada yadroviy quroldan xoli zonalar yaratishning jahon tajribasiga ham murojaat qilingan va tegishli shartnomalar va hududlar keltirib o‘tilgan. Shuningdek, yadro qurolidan xoli zonaning yaratilish davridagi murakkabliklarga ham e’tibor qaratilgan. Shu bilan birga, yadroviy qurollardan xoli bo‘lishning xalqaro hamkorlik, xavfsizlik va tinchlikni saqlashdagi roli va bu jarayonning Markaziy Osiyo davlatlari o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarga ijobiy ta’siri haqida fikrlar bildiriladi. Maqolada mavjud xavf-xatarlar va muammolarni aniqlab, yadroviy quroldan xoli zonaning istiqboli borasida mulohazalar yuritilgan. Va nihoyat, ushbu tadqiqot Markaziy Osiyo mintaqasida barqarorlikni ta’minlashda yadroviy quroldan xoli zonaning muhim rolini namoyish etadi.
