ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ МОДЕЛИ КИБЕРУСТОЙЧИВОСТИ В ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ АЗИИ: ОПЫТ УЗБЕКИСТАНА И РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ВЫЗОВЫ

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретико-методологические и прикладные аспекты формирования модели киберустойчивости в Центральной Азии на примере Узбекистана. Особое внимание уделено цифровому суверенитету, кибердипломатии, нормативно-правовой и институциональной базе информационной безопасности, а также региональным вызовам и угрозам. На основе анализа нормативных документов, экспертных источников и примеров международного взаимодействия представлены рекомендации по укреплению киберустойчивости и выработке регионального подхода к обеспечению цифровой безопасности.
