Abstract

Mazkur maqolada voyaga yetmagan va yoshlar orasidagi jinoyatchilikning oldini olish va unga qarshi kurashish chora-tadbirlari tahlil etilgan bo’lib, ushbu jinoyatchilikning sabab va shart-sharoitlari o’rganilgan. Yoshlar o‘rtasida huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olish yo‘nalishlariga alohida to‘xtalib o‘tildi. Yoshlar jinoyatchiligiga qarshi kurashishning dolzarb muammolari ochib berilgan.
