Complete question set for the 2025 survey on identification, appraisal and selection of digital data for long-term digital preservation, run by Task 1.1 of the EOSC EDEN project. Questions were designed by members of EDEN WP1 and WP3, and with input from WP4. Please note: this document sets out wording of all possible survey questions for reference only; in practice, a respondent is directed through a questioning route depending on their responses and therefore does not see all of these questions, but only a specific subset of them. Accordingly, this document does not provide an equivalent experience to the live survey and should not be viewed or used as such. The survey ran on the EU Survey platform from 2 May - 30 June 2025.
