The data is intended to support the characterization of the open-circuit potential (OCP) and lithium diffusion proprties of the graphite/silicon oxide active material. The active material of the harvested electrode is composite graphite/silicon oxide. The measurment is obtained in three-electrode configuration with the working electrode composite graphite/silicon oxide, counter electrode NMC, and reference electrode lithium metal in a coin cell casing. The data is intended to support the generation of parameterized OCV curves for use in battery cell modelling.
