ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ МОТИВАЦИИ СТУДЕНТОВ В ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ

Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological aspects of motivation in the learning process. Motivation is interpreted as one of the main factors determining students' attitude towards learning activities. In the course of the study, the attitude of students to internal and external stimuli was studied on the basis of analysis of theoretical sources, practical observations and conversations. The results showed that methods that stimulate intrinsic motivation (praise, personal approach) increase the effectiveness of the educational process. External stimulus, while having a positive short-term effect, is not very effective in forming sustainable learning motivation.
