This presentation provides a summary of a preliminary study assessing climate-related risks to offshore oil and gas infrastructure in Ghana’s Tano Cape Three Points Basin, with a particular focus on projected sea-level rise and its implications for FPSO units and coastal communities. Drawing on global datasets and open-access tools, the presentation highlights key findings, discusses the potential vulnerabilities of critical assets, and outlines strategic recommendations for enhancing resilience. It also reflects on insights gained from the CCG Summer School and sets the stage for future research and policy development to support climate-resilient offshore energy systems in Ghana.
