Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini saqlash va ularni iste’molchigacha yetkazibberish jarayonlarida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining qo‘llanilish imkoniyatlari va samaradorligitahlil qilinadi. Hozirgi kunda global oziq-ovqat tizimi murakkab logistika zanjirlarini, real vaqtlimonitoringni, mahsulot yaroqlilik muddatini kuzatishni hamda isroflarning oldini olishni ta’minlovchitexnologik yechimlarni talab etmoqda. Maqolada mashinali o‘rganish, kompyuter ko‘rishi, “aqlli”sensorlar, va avtomatlashtirilgan ma’lumotlar tahlili kabi SI asosidagi texnologiyalarning oziq-ovqatmahsulotlarini optimal sharoitlarda saqlash va samarali taqsimlashdagi roli yoritiladi. Shuningdek,logistika tarmoqlarida sun’iy intellekt yordamida marshrutlarni optimallashtirish, omborxonajarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish va xaridor ehtiyojlarini prognoz qilish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, SI texnologiyalarining keng joriy etilishi oziq-ovqat xavfsizliginita’minlash, mahsulotlar sifatini saqlab qolish va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
