TIJORAT BANKLARIDA KORPORATIV BOSHQARUVNI ZAMONAVIY TENDENSIYALAR ASOSIDA TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy tezisda tijorat banklarida korporativ boshqaruv tizimini zamonaviy tendensiyalar asosida takomillashtirish zarurati va asosiy yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Xususan, bank faoliyatida ochiqlik, shaffoflik, strategik boshqaruv va manfaatdor tomonlar bilan o‘zaro ishonch asosidagi munosabatlarni mustahkamlash kabi jihatlar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda korporativ boshqaruvni raqamlashtirish, ESG (ekologik, ijtimoiy va korporativ boshqaruv) tamoyillarini joriy etish, xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirish hamda ichki audit va nazorat mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish bo‘yicha ilg‘or tajribalarga e’tibor qaratilgan. Natijada, zamonaviy yondashuvlar asosida korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirish banklar faoliyatining samaradorligi va moliyaviy barqarorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi isbotlab berilgan.
