This article analyzes the enhancement of enterprise efficiency through the implementation of ecosystem-based digital management platforms. The digital management platform not only optimizes internal processes but also strengthens enterprise competitiveness by enabling integration with external systems, cross-border applications, and collaborative platforms. The study highlights the advantages of expanding organizational boundaries, unifying corporate data, establishing effective customer communication, and building a highly adaptable digital infrastructure. Modular architecture, service interoperability, IT integration, and intelligent solutions are identified as key drivers of digital transformation. The article also emphasizes the role of platform-based approaches in the digital office environment for improving ecological sustainability and inter-organizational collaboration.
