
Data supporting the paper 'Systemic impacts of disruptions at maritime chokepoints' by Verschuur and Hall (under review). The data includes: -The likelihood, duration and severity of seven hazards (armed conflict, drought, cyclones, blockage, terrorist attacks, interstate conflict, piracy) at 24 chokepoints globally. -The country maritime trade dependency on these 24 chokepoints, derived from 2022 trade data. -The final results for the 'expected value of trade disrupted' and 'economic risk' metrics.
